Shipping & Delivery

All packages are sent Australia post with a tracking number. I take extra care to package each piece in a recycled cardboard box with lots of fluffy tissue paper so that it arrives in good condition.

I generally only post items once a week. If you need your item for a specific date please contact me before purchasing.

Please also remember that some items are made to order so be sure to check each individual item for potential making times.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each piece I create is bespoke and can not be returned or exchanged. Please ask me any questions you have before purchasing.

If the item arrives damaged or faulty please contact me within 14 days of receipt to discuss your options. In most cases I will happily replace or fix the item within 30 days of it being returned to me.

Returned postage is at buyers expense.
